Keng tarqalgan substrat materiallari asosan berilliy oksidi, alyuminiy nitridi, alyuminiy oksidi yoki undan yaxshi issiqlik tarqatuvchi materiallar bo'lishi mumkin.
Qo'rg'oshinli tugatish, yupqa plyonkali jarayon va qalin plyonkali jarayonga bo'linadi. U ma'lum quvvat va chastota talablari asosida ishlab chiqiladi va keyin jarayon davomida qayta ishlanadi.
