4 tomonlama quvvat ajratgichning vazifasi kirish signalining quvvatini 4 ta chiqish portiga teng ravishda taqsimlash va ular o'rtasida belgilangan quvvat nisbatini saqlab qolishdir. Simsiz aloqa tizimlarida bunday quvvat ajratgichlari odatda signal barqarorligi va muvozanatini saqlab turganda antenna signallarini bir nechta qabul qiluvchi yoki uzatuvchi modullarga taqsimlash uchun ishlatiladi.
